BAHAN-BAHAN

  • 400g high protein flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 20g instant yeast
  • little salt
  • 100ml warm water
  • 60g castor sugar
  • milk 50ml
  • 50g melted butter
  • 10 sausage
CARA PENYEDIAAN
  • Shift flour and salt. Fold the flour with egg, milk, water castor sugar and yeast. Add more water if too dry, mix it untill smooth and cover with a wet towel and leave for 30 mins.
  • punch the air out of the dough and divide into 10 small dough. Roll out become a long dough and wrap with sausage. Leave it for another 15 mins to double the size and glaze with eggyolk
  • put in oven at 180 with 15 mins or until golden brown
