BAHAN-BAHAN
- 400g high protein flour
- 2 eggs
- 20g instant yeast
- little salt
- 100ml warm water
- 60g castor sugar
- milk 50ml
- 50g melted butter
- 10 sausage
CARA PENYEDIAAN
- Shift flour and salt. Fold the flour with egg, milk, water castor sugar and yeast. Add more water if too dry, mix it untill smooth and cover with a wet towel and leave for 30 mins.
- punch the air out of the dough and divide into 10 small dough. Roll out become a long dough and wrap with sausage. Leave it for another 15 mins to double the size and glaze with eggyolk
- put in oven at 180 with 15 mins or until golden brown
