  • 400g high protein flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 20g instant yeast
  • little salt
  • 100ml warm water
  • 60g castor sugar
  • milk 50ml
  • 50g melted butter
  • 10 sausage

Cara-cara

  1. Shift flour and salt. Fold the flour with egg, milk, water castor sugar and yeast. Add more water if too dry, mix it untill smooth and cover with a wet towel and leave for 30 mins.

    punch the air out of the dough and divide into 10 small dough. Roll out become a long dough and wrap with sausage. Leave it for another 15 mins to double the size and glaze with eggyolk
  3. put in oven at 180 with 15 mins or until golden brown
