Description

masakan mudah

Ingredients
  • 1 bungkus batang keladi - direbus hingga empuk
  • 1/2 biji bawang besar
  • 2 ulas bawang putih
  • 6-7 ekor ikan bilis
  • 1 batang serai - dititik
  • 2 senduk cili kisar
  • air asam jawa
  • 1/2 inci halia & kunyit hidup
  • garam & perasa
Instructions
  1. Blend bawang, bilis, halia & kunyit. kalau tumbuk lagi sedap.

  2. panaskan minyak, tumis bahan tumbuk & serai hingga naik bau.

  3. masukkan pula cili kisar, kacau hingga cili betul2 masak.

  4. kemudian masukkan batang keladi & air asam . tambah sikit air. kalau suka cair, tambah lebih banyak air.

  5. perasakan ikut selera memasing. kalau nak lagi masam, just + air asam. biar mendidih lama.

  6. Siap.
