Description

Resepi mertua kesayangan i. Nak makan dengan nasi pun boleh, nk wat syale steak pun ok.

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo daging - hiris mcm nak buat stik
  • 2 batang serai
  • 2 sudu teh jintan manis
  • 1 sudu teh lada hitam
  • 1 cwn santan pekat
  • Garam kunyit - utk gaul dgn daging tu
  • 2 sudu besar air asam jawa
  • 4 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 ulas bawang merah
  • 1 inci halia
  • 3 sudu
Instructions
  1. Gaul daging dengan garam kunyit tadi

  2. It goes well with air asam yang ada banyak tomato tu

  3. Bila masak, hiris dan hidang

  4. Masukkan santan, air asam jawa, gula dan rasakan garam gula

  5. Giling / tumbuk / blend bawang, lada, jintan, serai halia sampai jadi paste / lumat

  6. Gaulkan dengan daging tadi

  7. Perap sebentar (1/2 jam - 1 jam) sebelum dibakar

  8. Bakar atas dapur arang mcm buat percik tu

  9. Guna serai utk percik bhn perap atas daging semasa di bakar
