Description

Ingredients
  • 150 g cendawan tiram kelabu
  • 1 cawan tepung gandum
  • 1 sudu kecil baking powder
  • garam secukup rasa
  • 2 biji telur
  • serbuk lada hitam
Instructions
  1. Pukul telur dan sedikit garam. Celup cendawan ke dalam telur.

  2. Campurkan tepung gandum, baking powder dan serbuk lada hitam. Kemudian celupkan cendawan tadi ke dalam bancuhan tepung.

  3. Goreng cendawan tersebut sehingga keperangan.

  4. Angkat dan toskan di atas kitchen paper. Cendawan dah siap.. Bolehla makan bersama sos ataupun nasi..
