Bahan-bahan diperlukan:

  • Bahan A :- 60ml Milk / Susu, 80g Cream Cheese / Krim Cheese
  • Bahan B :- 2 Eggs Yolks / Telur Kuning, 45g Granulated Sugar / Gula Pasir
  • Bahan C :- 3tbsp Plain Flour / Tepung Gandum, 1-1/2tbsp Cornflour / Tepung Jagung
  • Bahan D :- 2 Egg Whites / Telur Putih, 1/3tsp Cream Tartar / Krim Tartar, 45g Granulated Sugar / Gula Pasir

Cara menyediakan dan memasak:

  1. Sift plain flour and cornflour. Set aside. (Bahan C, Sift).
  2. Cook milk and cream cheese double boil until the cheese is melt. (Bahan A double boil hingga cheese cair).
  3. Beat egg yolk and the sugar until light and creamy. (Bahan B pukul hingga menjadi krim).
  4. Foil in to the cheese mixture. (Bahan B ke dalam Bahan A).
  5. Foil in sifted flour and cornflour. (Bahan B and Bahan A sudah mix, masukkan Bahan C).
  6. Beat egg whites until stiff. Sift in cream of tartar and add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks foam. (Bahan D pukul hingga menjadi foam).
  7. Spoon egg whites into batter and beat unit well combined. (Masukkan egg white ke dalam batter dan kacau hingga sebati).
  8. Place tin in a baking tray. Pour in water until half full. Bake for 1 hrs or until set and golden brown at 150 degrees C. (Masuk ke dalam tin cake - waterbath. Bake sampai 1 jam atau golden brown 150 degrees C)
